It was a generally gray day today. Lots of clouds and several rounds of rain. This evening, the kids begged to go out and play, and of course, I said sure! They just giggled and splashed. What great fun it was.
Lizzie smiled and laughed the entire time. She thought it was great.
Just a little wet, huh?
Gotta drive through the puddle!
Rain, rain, don't go away we are having fun today!
So, they came in soaking wet and ready for dinner! Once again, I am humbled by my children as I realize it is the simple things that are important. They reminded me tonight that it is all attitude. It could have been "Ugghhhh rain." Instead it was "Ohhhh rain!"
