Zach's Salmon

Zach took a trip to Michigan with his Papaw Burton. He had a nice time fishing and chilling out. He had his first experience with fishing salmon.

Here is Zach with his first salmon!

Yummy yummy Applesauce

Lizzie and I made applesauce today. She thought it was great.

This is easy mom! All I do is turn this thing?
This is hard mom!!!
It turned out very yummy and passed the "Jacob" test. It was so yummy that we may have to make more tomorrow! It is going fast.

New Room

Brian and Zach got started on Zach's new room in the basement. They had a good time working together on it, and Zach is very excited to get moved down there!

Dawgapalooza 2010

We headed to Dawgapalooza before the first ball game. Dawgapalooza is basically a big block party to kick off the football season. The kids love it because of the food, inflatables and friends. Brian and I? We like to see our kids having fun, but it is soooo crowded!

People, people everywhere!
Jacob on the BIG slide
Lizzie and her best buddy waiting their turn.

No pictures of Zach? No, we don't love our other kids more! He was just running around with his friends and I didn't get a picture! He is too old and cool for that, you know!

School Days!

Wow! It has been a long time since I have blogged. Sorry about that! August brought the beginning of school. Everyone was excited. Then after a week, Jacob went into this stage of crying and begging not to go to school. I really didn't know what to do. I was so overwhelmed. Brian was working long hours due to book rush and Jacob was sobbing every morning. Thankfully, that too passed, and he now likes school! Shew. . .

All ready for the first day.
Zach - 7th grade
Jacob - 3rd grade
Lizzie - Kindergarten
