Saturday was gorgeous day here in central Illinois!! The only problem was that it was WINDY! How windy was it? Check out Sadie's ear!
Every time she would perk up to hear something, the wind would catch her ear. It was pretty funny!
Zach spent most of the day at the golf course and playing with his buddy, Mitch. Jacob spent the day running around and playing with neighborhood friends. Lizzie? Well, Lizzie was miserable. She started complaining that her ear hurt (she is already on antibiotics for an ear infection!!) and that she didn't feel good. I took her temp and gave her some tylenol. Tylenol didn't touch the temp and it continued to rise. It topped out at over 104!! Luckily, it did respond to Motrin. Poor little girl. She didn't get to enjoy the beautiful weather outside, but she did have company!
The only way she could get comfortable was sitting up in the chair!
The wind has returned today, but so have the wonderful temps! So, I am hoping and praying that Lizzie's bug was a quick 24 hour thing and she can enjoy the outside before the rain settles in for the week!

That is such a cute picture of Lizzy eventhough she doesn't feel well. Looks like sadie isn't feeling that happy without her sidekick. Hope she feels well soon.
