This morning, I decided it would be a fun thing if we all walked down to the lake and fished. Well, I didn't take into account the wind advisory. It is kind of hard to cast with 15 mile per hour winds! But the kids had fun anyway. That is, until Zach's reel quit working and they had to share Jacob's pole! Lizzie decided she needed a "girl one fishing pole." We'll call Papaw Burton and see what he can do about that! We didn't catch any fish, but did see a turtle on our walk home! All in all it was a fun morning followed up with a quick swim, lunch, and hopefully a peaceful afternoon rest watching Curious George.

Lizzie crosses the "swinging bridge." Her brothers are way ahead. They ran and tried to make it swing for us slowpokes. Between them and the wind, it was swinging plenty!!!
