We celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with a hearty dinner of green eggs and ham and a family reading of The Cat in the Hat.
Lizzie was not about to eat green eggs and ham. Now, if they were pink she might have tried them.
Jacob liked them. He said he was glad I did not get the recipe from his school because they were BAD at school!
Zach enjoyed them too.
