While Zach is shooting for 25K, Lizzie is cheering him on. She is one confused cheerleader. She wears her IU cheerleader outfit, carries her Illinois pom-poms and alternates between, "Go IU," "Go Illinois," and "Go Zachary!" And she has to stop and put on her lipstick and sunglasses periodically as well!

Water Water Everywhere
The kids have been enjoying having the pool up this summer. I am going to try to talk Brian into a permanent one. Wish me luck on that one!
Playing around
Look, mom, I can touch. NOT
Zach's friend, Zach, Jacob and Lizzie
My Jacob
And then there is the rain. It has been coming down in buckets. Good old fashioned summer pop up showers PLUS torrential downpours!

Going Private
Ok, our family blog will be going private soon. I want you all to continue to read and keep up to date. However, I do not want the blog crawlers and those who are using it just to be nosy to keep reading. So, I will try to send out an invitation to you all. If you do not get one, let me know and I will approve you!

Sleepover Pics
Here are some pictures from Lizzie's sleepover with her "bestest" friend. They had a ball!!
Brushing teeth and getting ready for bed. Good girls! Lizzie even has her "flossers" out.

One last hug before settling down.

All snuggled down for a movie in their favorite blankets. Their rockin' daycare provider gave them to the everyone for Christmas a few years ago and they LOVE them.

The next morning - jammin' to Hannah Montana.

School's Out for Summer
It is our tradition to celebrate the end the school year by going out to dinner and hitting the bookstore to buy a book to start off our summer reading. So, last night, we headed out to dinner and to Barnes and Noble to celebrate.
Lizzie found a comfortable place to sit and read.
Trying to decide just which books they wanted.
Jacob was really into his book and has been ever since.
This year, the kids chose to eat at BW3's.
Here they are - my former 6th and 2nd graders and my soon to be 7th , 3rd, and kindergarten students.
